Justice For My Son — Coleson Ferguson

Conceptualized on April 21, 2026

I’m writing this as a mother who is watching her son try to survive

something no parent should ever have to face.

On January 12, 2025, my son, Coleson Ferguson, lost his 2-year-old

daughter. Since that day, he has been doing everything he can to

grieve while still being present for his other children.

Now, in the middle of that grief, Coleson and the mother of his children are both facing 4 counts of child endangerment.

I am not going to go into the details out of respect for him and for the loss our

family is still carrying. But what I will say is that my son deserves a fair chance to defend

himself.

He currently has a private attorney. Given what is at stake, that is not enough.

needs a qualified attorney who will take the time to understand the full situation and make sure his voice is actually heard.

I was not made aware of these charges when they were first filed, which has put us behind.

Because of that, there is now a real urgency to raise the funds needed to get him proper legal representation.

As his mother, this is what I can do.

Our family has experienced more loss and hardship since 2025 than I can fully put into words. Losing my granddaughter changed everything, and then almost losing my life at the same time and a family that has been totally decimated through pain and grief. What is happening now has only added to that trauma and grief. I fear for my son and my grandchildren’s lives and future.

I am simply asking, if you are able, please consider helping. Whether that is through a donation,or even sharing this, it truly makes a difference. Try to understand if this can happen to my son it can happen to yours.

This is not just about a case. This is about a father, his children, and a family trying to hold itself together through something incredibly difficult.

Photo Note:

My son's children were removed intentionally from this photo to protect their privacy and safety. In reality, he is a devoted loving father and because of that almost every photo I have of him is with his children.

Currently this is the only fundraiser that has been initiated for his legal protection for a proper attorney.
